Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Evo Prep’s products (non-tangible digital goods), it is not possible to “return” products. Therefore we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges after a purchase is made. If you are having any issue with the files or have any questions, please email us, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Course Extension Policy
Except in rare circumstances which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, extensions will not be granted past the course expiration date.
Additionally, one free retake of the same course will be granted to students free of charge. Simply provide us with a copy of your score report, and we will reopen access until the next course expiration date.
Liability Limitation
Evo Prep, LLC (hereafter referred to as “Evo Prep”) makes no warranties or representations as to the performance or merchantability of the products or services referred to on this web site. Evo Prep is not liable for any damage to hardware or software by anyone accessing this web site, or for loss of business or profits, or for any consequential damages made by any party using the information on this web site for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action.

Registration Policy
All students must register and pay the full course fee prior to attending class. You may pay by PayPal.
Course Amendment & Cancellation Policy
Evo Prep reserves the right to amend any of our products in part or in whole, including but not limited to: changing workshop location/time, instructors, or content.
Evo Prep reserves the right to cancel a course without prior notice, although every effort will be made to notify students as soon as possible. In the event that a class is canceled, students may choose to enroll in the next available class, attend an alternate location or receive a full refund.
